| Feb /March 2011 | People Change ... It's hard to admit that you can't cope but when you are a fledgling business in a resession that can only be good news. So to help us grow Dominic Gilham joined us in February as part of our Sales Team and Elliot Wells joined us in March as part of a government funded scheme helping in the warehouse. Not only a time for new staff members but also promotions as Craig Morris officially becomes the Operations Manager. Well done Craig ... keep up the good work. |

| 4th Jan 2010 - | The Big Move, In The Big Freeze Prosper Online has moved to Great Yarmouth after finally finding new bigger premises to house it's expanding stock and businesses. The big move took several weeks to organise and 4 days to physically move. The move started at about the same time the snow did but that could not and would not stop it from happening. However thanks to the efforts of staff and management the move had very little impact on the business and the new offices are now fully functional ...despite the snow and ice! Managing Director Michael Bezance said " This is a positive move for Prosper Online and it's associated businesses. The new premises gives us room to expand even further and places us at the heart of a thriving business community." |
| 17th Nov 2009 - | Future 50 Event The Eastern Daily Press ‘Future 50’ entrepreneurs attended a networking event at the prestigious St Giles Hotel in Norwich. Prosper Online Managing Director Michael Bezance was an attendee and used the opportunity to introduce our new business ‘Norfolk Hosting’ to whoever would listen! Norfolk Hosting will be officially launched in January. This gathering of the leading business people in the East of England is the first of a series of events to encourage networking and drive forward these expanding businesses. Professor Walter Herriot, who has been a driving force in the ‘Cambridge Phenomenon’ gave a motivational talk and described the East of England businesses as the current powerhouse of the UK by leading the way out of the recession. The other Director of Prosper Online, Paul Spinks, was also in attendance as a Future 50 businessman. | 3rd Nov 2009 - | Prosper Online MD joins business leaders at Destination Growth
Prosper Online’s managing director Michael Bezance joined 800 other business leaders from the east of England at Destination Growth 2009 on the 3rd of November. Destination Growth provides business leaders from the region’s small and medium sized enterprises with practical and innovative approaches to growing their business. Now in its third year, Destination Growth 2009 focused on fresh and up-to-the minute thinking on surviving and thriving in the recession. The event also marked the start of Enterprise Week in the east of England. Delegates attending the event, held at Duxford, were able to choose from a wide range of workshops, seminars and key note speaker sessions to create a personalised package relevant to their business needs. Michael tailored his day to include workshops on sales and marketing as well as attending key note speeches from Michelle Mone (creator of the Ultimo lingerie brand) and Greg Dyke (former director general of the BBC). Micheal said: “I thoroughly enjoyed the day and met many like-minded business leaders. The Keynote speech by Michelle Mone was by far the highlight of the day for me.
